  • Which Marvel characters appear in the flooring?

    Thor, Iron Man, Spider Man, Hulk, Black Widow, Black Panther, Captain America, Ant Man and may be a few more….

  • Can I choose the artwork for my floor?

    The manufacturing process does not allow custom selection of panels for your floor. Overall there are 40 unique planks which are packed at random during the production process. This method ensures we minimise repeat planks when the flooring is laid.

  • What size are your samples?

    Our samples are approximately 20cm x 20cm and are a small subset from a panel. The purpose of the sample is to show case the quality and finish of the product.

  • How much is your shipping fee?

    Shipping to addresses within England is £49.99. Shipping to addresses within Scotland and Wales is £64.99

  • What is your return policy?

    Returns & Refunds
    If you want to return your flooring product for an exchange or refund, you can do so at any time up to 10 days after receiving it. Please note the packaging cannot be damaged/opened and return delivery costs are the customers responsibility. Once we have received the flooring back at our warehouse then a full refund will be issued, less the original delivery cost.

    Damaged products
    If your delivery shows any signs of damage then this must be IMMEDIATELY reported to the delivery driver and noted on the delivery note BEFORE signing. You will then need to notify us of the damage within 3 days of delivery. If damage is reported AFTER your delivery has been signed for then claims may not be accepted.

  • Does the high gloss layer reduce over time?

    No, your cherished Marvel superheroes will continue to shine year after year.

  • Is your flooring suitable for bathrooms?

    Due to the high moisture and condensation in bathrooms, we do not recommend putting our flooring in your bathroom.

  • Does your product scratch easily?

    Unless you’re the Incredible Hulk and use excessive force, our gloss layered flooring will stand the test of time. We recommend that no sharp edges come into contact with flooring. All superheroes have weaknesses and our panels are no different but with proper care they can save the day. Our flooring is approved for use in light commercial environments and medium-heavy traffic residential environments.

    Care should be taken to protect it from extremely heavy furniture with sharp edges, as just like any standard laminate floor it can be damaged from sharp corners/dropped heavy items. We recommend using rubber pads on furniture/chair legs.

  • Do you provide beading/edging?

    As beading/edging is often fitted using Thor’s hammer and some nails, a high gloss finish is not suitable as a lacquer surface of a high gloss will be prone to chipping upon installation. We suggest using a plane finish beading/edging to maintain the best possible finish.

  • How is your flooring dispatched?

    We don’t have superpowers but we do have a 3rd party pallet delivery service. They’ll notify you in advance about your deliver day. Please do bear in mind that this is a kerb delivery service only.
